In this game, there is a Tool Tray (you can see it on the game screen at the bottom). In this, we can keep our tools, the items we collect in the town, and also the items we purchase from the general store or things we want to sell. If we need to help town people or donate items to the museum, we need to keep these items in the tool tray.
Tool tray has a limitation to keep the items so when the tool is full, a message pops up and we can't collect items further. At that time, we need Storage for storing things or we can sell items in the general store.
We can buy storage from the general store such as Bookshelf, Cupboard, Red modern file cabinet, Red modern nightstand, Dresser, Credenza, etc.
But if you purchase storage, remember that all storages show the same items which are present in your first storage. That means if you have purchased a Dresser for more storage but you already have a Bookshelf then, items present in Bookshelf will also be shown in the Dresser. So, buying many numbers of storage won't help you. Only buy any one of these storage to store. But for house decoration purposes, you can buy more storages as you want.
